Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 18 August 2026
Last Updated: 18 August 2026
These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (βReferral Termsβ) govern participation in the Kings International Career Consulting Refer & Earn Program (βReferral Programβ).
The Referral Program is operated by K. Kings International Career Consulting Pvt. Ltd., trading as Kings International Career Consulting (βKingsβ, βweβ, βourβ, or βusβ).
By submitting a referral, participating in the Referral Program, or accepting a referral reward, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Terms.
These Referral Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
Β
1. About the Refer & Earn Program
The Kings Refer & Earn Program allows eligible individuals to refer prospective students who are interested in studying abroad through Kings.
When an eligible referred student progresses through specified stages of the study-abroad process, the eligible referrer may receive referral rewards in accordance with these Referral Terms.
The Referral Program currently applies to students seeking assistance for destinations supported by Kings, including:
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- United States
- Germany
- France
- United Arab Emirates (Dubai)
- Malta
The Referral Program is intended to reward genuine referrals and is not an employment, agency, partnership, commission-sales, or investment arrangement.
Β
2. Who Can Refer
Unless otherwise stated by Kings, the Referral Program is open to:
- Current students
- Former students
- Friends and family members
- Alumni
- Parents or guardians
- Partners
- Members of the general public
Kings reserves the right to refuse or restrict participation where we reasonably believe that participation would create fraud, abuse, conflict of interest, legal risk, or misuse of the Referral Program.
Β
3. How to Make a Referral
To make a referral, the referrer must submit the referral through a Kings-approved referral form or another referral method expressly accepted by Kings.
The referrer may be asked to provide information including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Address
- Preferred payment method
- Other information reasonably required to verify and process referral rewards
The referrer will also be required to provide basic information about the prospective student, which may include:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Address
- Study interests
- Preferred destination
- General information about the student’s study-abroad plans
The referral must be submitted before or at the prospective student’s first enquiry with Kings unless Kings expressly agrees otherwise.
Β
4. Permission to Refer Another Person
When submitting another person’s details, the referrer confirms that the prospective student is aware of the referral and has permitted the referrer to provide their contact information to Kings.
The referrer should not submit confidential information belonging to another person, including:
- Passport documents
- Academic records
- Financial documents
- Medical information
- Banking details
- Visa or immigration records
unless the person has knowingly authorized such information to be provided.
Kings may contact the referred student regarding education counselling and related services after receiving a referral.
The referred student may ask Kings to stop contacting them at any time.
Β
5. New Referral Requirement
To qualify for referral rewards, the referred student must generally be a new prospective student who was not already actively registered, applying, or being counselled by Kings before the referral was submitted.
A referral may not qualify where:
- The student was already registered with Kings
- The student had already submitted an enquiry
- The student was already undergoing counselling
- The student had already submitted documents to Kings
- Another person had already registered the same student as a referral
Kings’ internal records will be used to determine whether a student was already known to Kings.
Β
6. One Referrer Per Student
Only one referrer may receive referral rewards for a particular referred student.
Where more than one person claims to have referred the same student, Kings will normally recognize the first valid referral recorded in our system.
Kings may review:
- Referral submission timestamps
- Website enquiry records
- Consultation records
- Telephone or WhatsApp records
- Other relevant internal records
Kings’ reasonable determination regarding referral attribution will be final for the purposes of administering the Referral Program.
Β
7. Referral Reward Structure
An eligible referrer may earn up to NPR 30,000 for one qualifying referred student when all three referral milestones are successfully completed.
The referral reward is paid in stages.
First Payout β NPR 500
The first referral reward becomes eligible when the referred student:
- Submits the required documents to Kings;
- Begins the application process through Kings; and
- Receives an eligible offer letter from the relevant university, college, or educational institution.
Eligible First Payout: NPR 500
The offer letter and application must be genuine and verified by Kings before payment becomes eligible.
Second Payout β NPR 4,500
The second referral reward becomes eligible when the referred student makes the required tuition fee payment toward the institution connected with their Kings application.
Eligible Second Payout: NPR 4,500
Kings may require evidence of payment, including an official tuition fee receipt, payment confirmation, or confirmation from the educational institution.
Final Payout β NPR 25,000
The final referral reward becomes eligible when the referred student’s student visa is officially approved for the relevant study-abroad application.
Eligible Final Payout: NPR 25,000
The visa approval must be verified by Kings before the final payment becomes eligible.
Maximum Standard Reward Per Successful Referral: NPR 30,000
Β
8. Visa Refusal
If the referred student’s visa application is refused, the NPR 25,000 final visa-approval payout will not be payable.
Referral rewards that were already validly earned and paid for earlier verified milestones will not normally be affected solely because the student’s visa was later refused, unless:
- The earlier milestone was subsequently reversed
- The tuition payment was refunded before the relevant reward was verified
- The application involved false or fraudulent information
- The referral itself was found to be invalid or fraudulent
- Another exclusion under these Referral Terms applies
Kings may review individual cases where unusual circumstances arise.
Β
9. Every 5th Successful Referral Bonus
An eligible referrer may receive an additional NPR 50,000 bonus for every 5th successful referral, subject to verification by Kings.
For the purpose of this bonus, a βsuccessful referralβ means a valid referred student who has:
- Completed the application process through Kings;
- Paid the required tuition fees; and
- Received student visa approval.
Accordingly, the bonus may become eligible upon the referrer’s:
- 5th successful referral
- 10th successful referral
- 15th successful referral
- 20th successful referral
- And each subsequent 5th successful referral while the promotion remains active
Referrals that do not reach visa approval will not count toward the successful-referral total for this bonus.
Kings may verify all five qualifying referrals before releasing the additional bonus.
Β
10. Verification of Referral Milestones
All referral rewards are subject to verification.
Kings may verify milestones using records including:
- Student application records
- Offer letters
- Tuition payment receipts
- Institution confirmations
- Visa approval documentation
- Internal student records
- Other reasonable supporting evidence
A milestone is not considered completed solely because a referrer or student states that it has occurred.
Kings must be reasonably satisfied that the relevant milestone has been genuinely completed.
Β
11. Referral Reward Payments
Eligible referral rewards may be paid through methods approved by Kings, which may include:
- Bank transfer
- eSewa
- Khalti
- Another approved payment method
The referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Kings is not responsible for payment delays or losses caused by:
- Incorrect bank details
- Incorrect digital wallet information
- Inactive payment accounts
- Third-party payment provider delays
- Other incorrect information supplied by the referrer
Kings may request reasonable identification or payment verification before releasing a reward.
Β
12. Payment Timing
Referral rewards are processed after Kings verifies that the relevant milestone has been completed and all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
Processing time may vary depending on verification, payment method, weekends, public holidays, and other administrative factors.
A referral reward should not be considered payable until Kings has completed the relevant verification.
Β
13. Tuition Refunds, Withdrawals, and Cancellations
If a referred student:
- Withdraws their application
- Cancels their enrolment
- Receives a tuition refund
- Changes institution
- Defers their studies
- Otherwise reverses a milestone connected with a referral reward
Kings may review whether the relevant referral milestone remains eligible.
A temporary payment or enrolment that is subsequently cancelled or refunded may not qualify as a completed milestone.
Kings may withhold a pending referral payment until the relevant status is confirmed.
Β
14. Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are not permitted.
A person may not:
- Refer themselves
- Use another identity to refer themselves
- Create duplicate referral records
- Use another person’s details solely to obtain referral rewards
Kings may reject or cancel any referral that we reasonably believe is a self-referral or an attempt to manipulate the Referral Program.
Β
15. Fraudulent or Misleading Referrals
Participants must not:
- Create fake prospective students
- Submit false contact information
- Submit duplicate referrals intentionally
- Misrepresent their relationship with Kings
- Make false promises regarding admission or visas
- Claim to be an employee, authorized immigration adviser, or official representative of Kings unless authorized
- Use misleading advertisements to generate referrals
- Pressure or mislead prospective students
- Engage in spam, harassment, or unlawful promotional practices
Kings may immediately disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
Β
16. No Admission or Visa Guarantee
Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee:
- University admission
- Scholarship approval
- Visa approval
- Employment
- Permanent residency
- Any other study-abroad outcome
Admission decisions are made by educational institutions.
Visa decisions are made by the relevant government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or visa officer.
Kings assists students with their applications but does not control these decisions.
Β
17. Referrer Is Not a Kings Representative
Participation in the Refer & Earn Program does not make the referrer:
- An employee of Kings
- An agent of Kings
- A partner of Kings
- An authorized education counsellor
- An immigration adviser
- A person authorized to enter agreements on behalf of Kings
Referrers must not make commitments, guarantees, promises, or representations on behalf of Kings.
All official counselling and application advice must come directly from Kings or an appropriately authorized provider.
Β
18. Taxes and Other Obligations
Referral rewards may be subject to taxes, deductions, reporting requirements, or other legal obligations under applicable law.
Where required by law, Kings may make applicable deductions or request information reasonably necessary for payment or reporting purposes.
Participants are responsible for understanding any personal tax obligations that may apply to referral rewards received by them.
Β
19. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected through the Referral Program will be handled in accordance with the Kings Privacy Policy.
Information may be used to:
- Register referrals
- Contact referred students
- Verify referral eligibility
- Track referral milestones
- Prevent fraud and duplicate referrals
- Process referral rewards
- Maintain appropriate business and payment records
Participants should review the Kings Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is collected, used, retained, shared, and protected.
Β
20. Changes to Reward Amounts or Program Rules
Kings may change:
- Referral reward amounts
- Referral milestones
- Bonus structures
- Eligibility requirements
- Payment methods
- Promotional offers
- Other Referral Program rules
from time to time.
Any updated reward structure will apply from the effective date communicated by Kings.
Where reasonably practicable, referrals validly registered before a change will be handled according to the reward structure applicable when the referral was accepted by Kings, unless otherwise communicated or required by law.
Β
21. Suspension or Termination of the Referral Program
Kings may suspend, modify, or terminate the Referral Program at any time where reasonably necessary.
If the Referral Program ends, Kings will determine the treatment of existing valid referrals in accordance with:
- The Referral Terms applicable at the relevant time
- The milestone already achieved
- Whether the referral has been verified
- Applicable law
Termination of the Referral Program will not automatically create eligibility for rewards relating to milestones that were never completed.
Β
22. Disqualification
Kings may disqualify a referral or participant where we reasonably determine that:
- The referral is fraudulent
- The student was not genuinely referred
- The student was already registered with Kings
- False information was submitted
- The participant attempted to manipulate the program
- Program rules were deliberately breached
- The participant misrepresented Kings
- Payment was obtained through deception or abuse
Where fraud or misuse is identified after payment, Kings reserves any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Β
23. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kings will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:
- Visa refusal
- University rejection
- Student withdrawal
- Tuition refund
- Changes in government or institutional requirements
- Incorrect payment details supplied by a participant
- Payment-provider delays
- Failure of a referred student to continue their application
- Other circumstances outside Kings’ reasonable control
Nothing in these Referral Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Β
