Refund eligibility for any fee paid directly to Kings will depend on:

  • The specific service purchased
  • The work already completed
  • The reason for cancellation
  • Any separate written agreement
  • Applicable law

Fees paid to universities, visa authorities, testing providers, insurers, accommodation providers, airlines, banks, or other third parties are governed by the refund policies of those organizations.
